The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (miit) has recently solicited opinions on nine mandatory national standard programs, including the "adhesives volatile organic compounds limit".

    Standard project, chemical industry standard project 4, are mandatory standards. The four standards are the limits of volatile organic compounds in cleaning agents, limits of volatile organic compounds in adhesives, limits of hazardous substances in vehicle coatings and limits of hazardous substances in anticorrosive coatings.

    The detailed revision plan is as follows：

    Among them, volatile organic compounds content limits of cleaning agents and volatile organic compounds limits of adhesives are newly formulated standards.     "Limit of harmful substances in vehicle coating" and "limit of harmful substances in anticorrosive coating" are revised standards. "Limit of harmful substances in vehicle coatings" is drafted and revised by cnooc changzhou coating chemical research institute co., LTD., and donglai coating technology (Shanghai) co., LTD. It is planned to be completed in 2019. "Limits on harmful substances in anticorrosive coatings" was drafted by cnooc changzhou coating chemical research institute co., LTD. And jiangsu lanling polymer materials co., LTD. It is planned to be completed in 2019.
